From happy tears and laughter to behind-the-scenes details, vendor interactions, setup, reactions, and candid moments—I’ll capture the content you can relive and share almost immediately.
This service is designed to capture behind-the-scenes video and candid moments for social media. Professional photography and edited digital images are not included. If you’d like both photography and content creation, I’d be happy to create a custom package.

Do You Require a Retainer?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking for all content creation services. The remaining balance is due prior to your scheduled session or event, as outlined in your agreement.
Your booking is not confirmed until both the signed contract and non-refundable retainer have been received. To ensure availability and provide each client with a dedicated experience, dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Do You Travel?
Absolutely! Travel within a 30-mile radius of Elkton, Kentucky, and Clarksville, Tennessee is included with all content creation services.
For locations beyond this radius, a travel fee of $0.75 per mile (round trip) will apply. Projects requiring overnight travel or destinations outside my standard service area will receive a custom travel quote prior to booking. This quote may include applicable expenses such as airfare, lodging, transportation, and any other necessary travel accommodations.
All travel fees will be discussed and approved before your booking is confirmed, ensuring complete transparency throughout the process.

While your photographer and videographer focus on creating timeless, heirloom-quality images and films, my role is to capture the authentic, behind-the-scenes moments that often happen in between — the quiet details, candid interactions, and emotions of your day as they naturally unfold.
